o2oSoft is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and sales activities. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with government agencies and corporate clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape o2oSoft’s brand and expand our reach within the government contracting sector.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to promote o2oSoft’s Agile services, including Agile Project Management, Software Development, and IT solutions.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with federal agencies and commercial clients.

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify target markets and align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government contracting officers, procurement teams, and corporate partners.

  • Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and responses to government RFPs.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Represent o2oSoft at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand recognition.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the government contracting or IT services industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and the federal contracting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and IT service delivery.
  • Familiarity with NAICS codes and government contracting vehicles.
  • Established network within federal agencies and government contractors.
